Is a unique corespun thread which is produced by spinning a staple polyester sheath around a core of high tenacity continuous filament polyester. The filaments are brought together with the fibres in the yarn-spinning operation. Two or more of these composite yarns are then twisted together to give the necessary size and tensile strength. TrungDung is exclusively strong, size for size, when compared to spun polyester thread. The continuous filament core provides superior strength while the staple polyester cover helps to protect the inner core from damage due to needle heat, and ensures excellent sewability. In addition, its resistance to abrasion helps ensure long seam life in a wide variety of materials.
Polyester Core Spun Sewing Thread is of a very high quality and have excellent sewability on all machine types lockstitch, chainstitch, overedge and flatlock. They are ideally suited for high speed sewing machines and for multidirectional sewing.
